    For the Monroe County Board of Elections
  • The Monroe County Board of Elections is hiring registered voters to work as Election Inspectors at sites across Monroe County!

    Election Inspectors will earn over $270 on Election Day and $25 for one training, either in person or online. Here is how you can help:

    Work includes checking residents into their polling site and ensuring that they successfully receive and cast the correct ballot for where they live. As well as making sure that these processes are conducted in a fair and safe manner.

    Election Inspector Requirements:

    • Must be registered to vote in Monroe County.
    • Attend one paid training, either in person or online.
    • An Election Inspector cannot be a candidate, or the parent, spouse, child of a candidate on the ballot within their respective district.
    • Have a working phone and email address and be available for communication with the Training Team.
  • You must be a Registered Voter in Monroe County to become a Poll Worker.
